Position Title: | Assistant Manager Information Security |

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing & implementing Information Security strategy, framework, policies & procedures and ensure that it is up-to-date and being followed as per best international practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support in the execution of Information Security strategy and cyber security action plan.
- Manage internal and external teams being assigned for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing.
- Engage in different information security projects to improve company-wide security posture and conduct security assessments of critical applications / systems.
- Monitor, manage, and oversee implementation of security controls & solutions as appropriate to support business needs and regulatory requirements while minimizing risk.
- Participate in security compliance efforts and vendor risk assessment due diligence.
- Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.
- Lead information security awareness training program across the HBL AMC.
Required Competencies to successfully perform:
- Should be familiar with information security and network architecture
- Must have Execution knowledge of SOC 365 and Rapid 7
- Strong knowledge of Firewall and other security tools and technologies
- Strong analytical and technical skills with problem solving attitude
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors in relevant field from an HEC recognized university. MBA would be preferred.
- CISA certified will be preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- To execute audit field work within assigned timelines as per Audit Plan
- Determine scope of audit review in conjunction with the Head/ Manager Internal Audit.
- Conducting process of risk assessment, process walkthrough, collection of audit sample, performance of audit tests and documentation
- To assist IA Manager in development of quality internal auditing procedures, working papers and other audit related documents.
- Assist IA Manager in managing on-going /continuous internal audit at HBL AML Office, ICs etc.
- Assess compliance with plans, policies, procedures, applicable laws, rules and regulations, Codes of conduct and best practices.
- Identify reportable issues and provide recommendations.
- Perform ongoing follow-up on action plan implementation and timeliness for remedial actions.
- Timely update IA Manager about key changes in applicable regulatory environment i.e., SECP new circulars, directives etc.
- Carryout all other task given by Head / Manager IA in an effective and efficient manner from time to time.
Required Competencies to successfully perform:
- Strong team player with outstanding work ethics and possessing a high level of motivation persistence and interpersonal skills.
- Adequate business knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify opportunities within the alternative assets market
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for alternative asset products including defining market segmentation, target customers, and value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of alternative asset products
- Conduct market analysis, financial modelling and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Define product requirements and work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery

Requirements
